Why They were So Sure About it? - Hypothesis from A Different Angle

There are many conspiracy theories of how PTI started this agitation against Nawaz government. Some critics said it was to secure Gen. Parvez Musharaf from trial under article-6. While many others said it is that economic development which is going through in country and once it got completed there is huge possibility that PML-N might clean sweep 2018 election as well. This will cease chances of Imran Khan to become prime minister of Pakistan.

No matter what their motive to start this crisis was, if we examine it. We see it wasn’t evolved gradually & naturally. It seems a well thought out plan assumed on bases of some theories that come across quite often in general public.

The planner put together ingredients by pulling all strings to one point. The idea was to give opportunity for majority of people and in a result getting a massive support from public for desired solution.

Base of it was those perception which are very common in general public and we hear rummer about it quite often. The plan failed as these rummer couldn't added enough fuel to reach its goals;

Nawaz Sharif & Family

People of Pakistan love Armed Forces and they think (or been thought over the time) that politicians are not competent enough to run this country. It is assumed that reason of not much support in urban areas for Pakistan People Party is due to that incident of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Gen Zia-ul-Haq.

Almost same type of confrontation was taken place between Nawaz Sharif & Gen Parvez Musharaf. Nawaz Sharif in some way escaped from death penalty to his counterpart. But still there was an 8-9 years of maligning campaign against Nawaz government highlighting various issue.

It was falsely assumed that massive PML-N supporter & worker are not happy with Sharif Family hold on the party. Many of these are those leaders & political workers who had run this party during Sharif family exile, but once Shareef family returned to Pakistan and involved again in country politics those people were put aside. Not given enough for their struggle or ignored largely. These people want their major share in the party & in government now.
Main objective of this march was to remove Prime Minister Nawaz Shareef so people attention was largely diverted to Shareef family influence on political structure of Pakistan. People were mostly provoked against the speculation of Shareef family wealth & financial scandals. Though, most of their financial scandals were from 90’s when both PPP & PML-N have filed many cases against each other for political victimization.

Having in mind that majority of people in Pakistan love Armed forces and Mr. Nawaz Shareef relationship with Armed forces are not exceptionally brilliant in recent past. So a movement that is raised against him & Shareef family will be welcomed by masses in Pakistan.

Jang Group & Geo

Jang group & Geo is biggest media group of Pakistan.  Half of the time since Pakistan independence government was run by military dictators. Dictator never like any independent view and best way of sharing independent views is media so they never like it as well. Propaganda against media groups is as old as dictatorship history itself in Pakistan. Initially only print media was free from government influence.

Licenses for electronic media were introduced during Musharaf era. Jang group launches their own news channel Geo News and as a largest media group they also started criticizing Musharaf government and exposed facts & figures. Government of that time propagated against Geo so we see many people in our society who may be watching many program and news televised by Geo but stating that Geo as Jews lobbying channel or owned by Indians.

Public opinion is largely depending on how governments build it through the years. This propagated (or forced opinion) led those conspirators to believe that huge community extremely dislike Geo group. Another example of Hamid Mir incident when public hugely dislike & condemn eight hour continues reporting by Geo news.

It was assumed that when a mass movement that is sparked by pro establishment political forces involving this media group as major part of it, will be joined by all those hater as well.

Iftekhar Muhammad Chaudry

Everyone knows the tale of ex chief justice of Pakistan how he was thrown out of his office. Then that long struggle of lawyers and long march which forced government to restore him on his post eventually. Pakistan People Party Parliamentarians was in federal government at that time. They literally resisted Justice Iftekhar Chaudry restoration who was renown of sue motto actions against doubtful acts of government.  He did this many time against Musharaf government in past.

When he came back to his office many of his orders were not liked by Peoples Party government. A general perception in Peoples party leadership and general workers was that Chief Justice is trying to dictate the government or even trying to topple their government.

Due to this perception it was derived that Pakistan People Party and their loyal voters will gladly join any movement pointing Iftekhar Chaudry to settle the score with him.

The strategy was to bring all those Nawaz & Shareef family haters, Jang group & Geo, and ex-Chief Justice Iftekhar Chaudry hater under one umbrella and used them as a force to achieve their on western interest. Opposition & angry workers of PML-N will step aside from Nawaz government. People Party will join in due to Iftekhar Chaudry and many others in bets & pieces. 

Plan failed dramatically & all those forces didn't welcome it, we saw some media groups took the bait in hatred. It was business rivalry as Jang & Geo get major section of business in Pakistan print & electronic media industry leaving not enough for them. People Party leadership didn’t responded to the enticement and decided to withstand with the PML-N government. The support needed from common people on the streets was not enough. 

People of Pakistan are now politically matured and majority of them are well aware of consequences. Leaving questions for conspirators whether they will stop testing nation intellectual ability and leave it to people to decide who they want in government?
